Are you gonna buy Resident Evil 4 HD Edition?

I never really played RE4, and i heard it's like really REALLY good. So i'll definitly buy it.

of course i will, the game is amazing. I played RE games before it but that was the one that made me love the series.

Of course! Resident Evil 4 is one of my all time favorites! I already own it on the Gamecube and the Wii so now this will give me an excuse to buy it a 3rd time and beat it all over again.

I certainly will. I have it for my PS2 but am always looking to de-clutter my life. So it would mean I am one step closer to finally being rid of my PS2 console.

I have it on the Wii, and while I'm sure HD will look nice, I don't really want two copies of the same game.

probably not, i replayed resident 4 soooo many times, i'm burned out on it. i might though if it comes with move controls

I think its always nice to have an extra copy of one of the finest games ever to grace a console.

Yes I will been dying to play RE4 again since I sold my ps2. I just got my RE4 sitting around the shelf now. If only I can get MGS2 and especially MGS3 Hd as well.

i played a few min of 4 on the wii but didnt like the controls and was too hard...maybe the dual shock controller and a diffuculty setting will help..

I'm definitely going to be getting this, does anyone know if it will be released on a disc or through download?

Yep, I think that I will as I have always liked the Resident Evil games.

Hell yeah! It's an awesome game I've been meaning to go back and play it on the PS2 but playing it in HD will be even better. If anyone hasn't given this game a go yet they definitely should it's a gem.

One of the best games of the last-gen and the last truly scary RE game. I'm really looking foward to the HD version:)

I already did, although the box was labeled "Resident Evil 5" - Yes, I went there :D RE4 was a fine, fine, FINE game, but I'm not sure it gains much of anything in HD for me. RE5 showed me all too well that the controls are awful by today's standards and I sure don't go to Resident Evil for story or characters. Plus, it doesn't have the rewarding new game+ system or co-op.BenderUnit22

Even though RE4 is a step backwards as far as gameplay is concerned, it's has so many other goodaspects to compensate for it.

RE4 is one of the best games ever for any game console. I will be purchasing RE4 HD even though I already have RE4 for ps2. Will this be a disc game or psn game? Is this game already out? If not, when does it come out?

Yeah, I've been playing the original PS2 version for the past three years and still haven't beaten it xD It's been an on off game for me, maybe when the HD remake comes out I'll play it all the way

Probably a rent in my case. I did enjoyed RE4 but to me it was a step in different direction from previous three games which I absolutely enjoyed.

While Leon had a good story, RE4 didn't felt survival horror and more like third person action/shooter - similar to today's Resident Evil 5.

Now, if they old Resident Evil games, that would be something I would purchase.

No, I have it on PS2 and to me it was the franchise killer ... I like RE before, when it was a survival horror, since RE4 it is an action game with wierd control.

I'm definitely adding it to my wish list after I post this. I had it on the PS2 and I think it will look good next to Resident Evil 5;) I think it will be a worthy investment because it's really good!:o

Oh man... I saw the split screen shots between regular and HD.... And it looks so sweet. GOW II wowed me and I think this game will too.

However, Sony says it will come out this FALL! I gotta wait until October for this game to be available?! NOOOOOO!

I'll more than likely pick it up, though I would certainly prefer a disc copy, not really a fan of digital distribution. Also, would anyone else love to see Move support? Could just be wishful thinking, but hey, it'd be sweet.

Once the price goes down a bit. I already beat it and sold it, so no rush to go buy it for slightly better graphics any time soon.
