Online with AC wouldn't make and sense. Not EVERY game needs online. That just sounds like a "fall in line follower" quote. Much like how Virtua Fighter first came out, then everything had to be 3D polygons or it'll suck no matter what.

It's for the single player experience. It's not meant to be an online game in the first place. Kind of like Oblivion. Or another example, would you want God Of War online? Or Onimusha? Online modes don't make a game a good game. It's a given on a shooter cause that makes more sense. I'd go for a great single player game than a crappy online game any day.
