Assassin's Creed 1 vs. 2

Is 2 going to have enough improvements over 1 to wait till November and get it at full price? I'm thinking about getting 1 now and waiting until the price drops on 2.

How big of a price drop are you expecting for you to get it?

You can always try craigslist when the game releases. Usually they are $10-15 off brand new.
