you need to grow up, seriously, go outside and play with the dog or something. I don't really care what you do, just quit acting like a child.

You are lucky, about 15 times for me. Just finished it Friday. Most of the time it freezes shortly after I start playing with the exception being during loading block 7. :(
When I bought it when it came out it froze on me twice or three times then I deleted my save files a couple of days a go and started all over and it didn't freeze at all, then on Friday I downloaded the update and until now everything is fine.
And for those who want to know how to install the update, you insert the disc and enter the gamea message appears and tells you an update 1.10 has been found and you press X to install it it only takes 2 minuets to install.
I wasn't sure if it was because it was used or not, but Assassin's Creed froze on me about 5 times before the patch. Each time, I couldn't make the PS3 go into standby, so I just switched it off. After the last time, I stopped playing for about a week. When I turned it back on, it couldn't read any discs, be it PS3 game, DVD, or any other kind of disc. Now I have a PS3 Slim (and I'm broke). I'm crossing my fingers that the patch will help, but I'm never touching that game again if it freezes once more. If this one breaks... well, I still have the warranty. =)
