Average age of PS3 owners?

same here! 33 as well, and used to play space invaders on my texas instruments on a black & white 10 inch screen. :lol:

ill continue to play games while my nurse changes my diapers and i spend my ssi checks on pre-orders and map packs. you will too... if youre a real gamer.

While I don't have as much time when I was in my early twenties or in high school, I still find time for little online fun. Gaming doesn't really have age restriction in my mind. It's a matter of preference and time to balance family, personal life, work and so forth.

As long as you enjoy it, age doesn't matter. ;)

Now that the PS3 doesn't just limit it self to gaming, it would be interesting to see what the age of PS3 owners are. We all know the average age of games is pushing in the mid-late 30s, but let's get the facts.

I will start...33, being older means I can afford to feed my gaming habit, whether it's a new tv, surround sound, etc...please tell me I'm not the only person in ther 30s...

33, turning 34 in a couple of months. Been a PS3 owner since April 2008, and a Playstation fanboy since I bought the original Playstation in 1996. My first exposure to video games was the ColecoVision console (which a cousin of mine owned) and the first console I ever owned was an Atari 2600 (although mine was actually one of the Sears-branded ones).

Well thought I would be the oldest until I saw the dude who's 60....Just turned 45, and been gaming for a really long time. First video game I ever played was on a Magnavox Odyssey, but I was really young then.

Been Gaming since the Apple IIc / IBM 8088 4-color CGA and Atari 2600.... yeah ... I love games.. espcially some turn-based rpgs, 4x games and Elite Styled space sims....you know games they don't make anymore :(
