Awesome PS3 idea!!!

Ok so theres a Icon under Playstation Network that says.... Game Capturing (or better name if you can think of it)

Then the playstation has the capability to record videos, take screenshots and record audio(maybe not) in game. Then you have the option to upload to PSN : GC

or saving it to your harddrive!!!

if only sony knew...Also it would automaticallysave allyour gameplay until you turn off the ps3, so you can go back and edit clips aftewards

One idea that I liked a lot would be this: if you could make a back ground download of a game install while you are doing something else with your PS3, so when you by the game, it is already installed, and then, you don't have to wait for any second at all. Just an example: you are playing Uncharted 1, and but you that MGS4 is about to be released, so you go to PlayStationStore and download the install part of the game. This could also be used than, to other parts of MGS4, so while you are about to finish act 0ne, instead of installing the game from the BD, it could have been installed from PlayStationStore, and then the loading issue could have been solved. This can be for any game that requires installment.Raad78

That is a great idea. I dont really have a problem installing games as it is, but having that feature would be awesome.

I'd also love the capturing feature, to grab those one in a million moments

Good idea, except for the part where recording real-time footage takes a lot of processing power and more importantly, RAM. Obviously, the OS can only take a very limited advantage of the hardware while running a game, because Sony has to guarantee devs a certain hardware performance they can take advantage of for their games.BenderUnit22
