If you have seen the film pulp fiction then you know what im saying when i say its the bomb. if you havnt then go see it. my idea was a video game remake of pulp fiction. it would play like heavy rain and feature all the scenes from the movie and playable scenes of the events before the start of the movie. it would have 4 or five playable characters. Vincent, Jules, Ringo, and butch. and maybe Marcellus. it would have diffrent endings depending on what you did in game. you would be given diffrent conversation choices. like the scene when vince takes out mia to the resturant. depending on what you ask the scene plays out diffrent. or you could choose to kill ringo instead of sparing him. its just an idea. tell me if its stupid

I havent seen the movie in a long time, however, I am all about innovation in gaming. since the graphics are obviously top notch now, the best way to innovate is in gameplay or concept. Or , like the movies, now that the graphics are amazing we can re-create old goodies (an idea I like). I make posts like that all the time.

All that said, I need to watch the movie again to get a feel for your idea. However, I really really really like the way you think. Developers make games like car makers maker cars, safe and predictable, rarely going out of the saftey zone.

I think you should expand your topic to invite everyone, in the spirit of gaming, to contribute there own ideas to what they want a game to be made into.

ironic statements are ironic

but seriously the last thing the video game industry needs is more movie games that are clones of sucesful original games.

The adrenaline shot makes you cringe? What about that scene in the back of the pawn shop? THAT is cringe worthy......

Remove the "ass" part of the thread's title and you'll get my opinion of it :D.

Not too many of movie-to-game renditions turn out well unfortunately...
