I just got Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition and, even though I'm awful at it, I'm really enjoying it. So yes, I am excited for BF3.

Can't say im very excited for it yet, I haven't seen any vids yet though so I'll wait a bit before I make any decisions.

are they going to introduce killstreak in BF3? cuz I remember I killed a lot of my teammates for fighting over aircrafts and helicopters...

Nice that they're bringing it to consoles, but the 24 player limit will be ewwwwww. Hopefully the PC version isn't too demanding.

Excited for the game? Hell effin yeah! Excited for the PS3 version? Hell effin no! I'm sure the PS3 version will be great, but this is the reason I'm upgrading my PC this year.

I really dont know why you would expect otherwise.

I like how they said BC2 was a warm up or a trial to see if their components worked together. And now they are vastly improving on it. By really upgrading the destruction. And being able to mount your gun on any surface for more accuracy. Sounds great

Wasn't BF3 confirmed multiplat few months ago? I think it was.

Anyway I'm not really excited. I'm more excited for KZ3 and R3. And I'm not sure if I want to buy this on ps3. I got BF2 for pc so I think I'm going to buy this one for pc too. That is if I can get a pc strong enough to run it lol.

Not sure why we can't have 60+ players online since both Resistance 2 and MAG proved PS3 coding can handle the bandwith...Sokol4ever

I don't know, but the more doesn't always mean the merrier for me. Having a ton of people on a tactical game like BFBC2 seems a bit self defeating because it no longer becomes tactical.

Even MAG showed that having a ton of people on a large map can create bottlenecks that breeds chaos. Small groups play tactically, large groups just go banannas and shoot everything that moves. I don't want that in my BFBC3.

This is why Bad Company 2 was so boring for me. You have a map that is the size of every single CoD map combined and yet it's only 10v10? Pathetic. Battlefield should just stay on PC.
