ive got the 40gb ps3 and im kinda regretting not dishing out the extra 100 bux so i can play some ps2 games.... is there anything i can buy to upgrade?

Nothing yet, and probably not anytime soon. Now would be a good time to sell it on Ebay while it's still a fairly new model.

There is nothing that can be done to get the 40 gig to play PS2 games. This is where some research or come to the boards and ask questions before buying the PS3.
