Besides Motorstorm, which March release do you want

I know a lot of people are high on Motorstorm and that would probably win, but I personally plan on getting another game and having a tough time trying to decide between Oblivion or F.E.A.R. (obviously not a 360 owner) as my other March purchase.I haven't ever got into RPG's, so I don't know if Oblivion is my thing... but hear it is a great addictive game that takes a long time. I also hear F.E.A.R. is great, and I definitely like FPS's.. so I'm not sure what to get.
