[Best Buy - Canada] $49.99 SOCOM Bundle (See Flyer)

Just letting you guys know that in Canada from Oct 17th till the 19th the SOCOM bundle will only be $49.99. This means you can get the game and the headset for the price of the headset.

Going to pick mine up today =O

EDIT: People below have said that I'm wrong/lying. If you go to the Bestbuy website and check the flyers, the middle one that is promoting the gaming event in Toronto clearly shows $49.99 for the SOCOM bundle only from the 17th to the 19th. A person below vouched for authenticity.

i wish that was true, then id buy it, sell the game and have a head set for like $10-20, depending on how much i would get for the game

Also in Ontario here and I dont see anything about 49.99.Azul_Cobra

I'm from Toronto, and a guy earlier in this thread picked it up from Burlington which is relatively close by.

If you want to check, go to the website and click on weekly ads. Click on the middle flyer and it'll show 360, PS3, and Wii. Under the PS3 tab should show Socom for $49.99 and LBP.

Not sure if this happened to all Best Buys though.

I still see nothing but I'll probably pass on this anyway for Far Cry 2, LBP (whenever it comes out) and GH:WT

Edit: Just called and yeah this is legit. The one in Leaside has one but I'm still on the fence for now

Just checked my flyer and I see its $59.99(edmonton)...

Its a mute point for me anyways as I pre-ordered it off of amazon.ca for $47.24(thats with tax included) :D

I'm actually heading to work (I work at Best Buy) in about 20 mins and I'll check the inventory for the validity of this. Prices are set on a nationwide basis(with the exception to Quebec) so computers in Toronto WILL NOT show a different price from computers here in Edmonton.
