Best football game?

Hey, Im thinking about picking up a football game that has good online. What are my choices? Are the 09' versions of any of these games better than the 2010 so I can save some money? Iv had NCAA 08' in the past, but Im getting tired of NCAA's gameplay. It never really seems to change much year to year. Any non-ea sports football games that I may enjoy?

Madden 10 has the best online without a doubt. You can play co-op games,versus games, and start an online franchise.
