Best Playstation series so far

Alright so I'm going to try and keep this mature, but it's been mentioned I believe by bobzfamily that it's about context. I also said it previously this way but you chose to fight with me and act like I was bagging on your game, but regardless I will say it now..

If this was not a poll, just an open-ended question then it would be fine. Annoyingly predictable for you to show up and mention R&C but at least it would have been on-topic. However, it wasn't in the poll. Now rather than accept that someone made a poll and didn't have one hand down their pants and the other typing in "Ratchet noodz" on Google while they did it, you have to talk about that game and how it should be in the poll. Not just once either but so many times. Just get over it. Like I said, there are games I would have put differently on there, but I didn't make the poll. And before you think I'm just picking on you, I am just as annoyed initially by anyone else who has to come in and say "this game should have been there" or dispute why some of the games should not have been on there. But it's an internet forum and we've all been led to believe that our opinions are valid and everyone wants to hear them so I just accept it. But when I see the same name pop up in so many threads and say the exact same thing I get annoyed. Now when you talk about wanting to be in Ratchet's body, I get disturbed. Your homoerotic furry obsession is fine for your fansite, but we don't need to know about it here. And for a little bit there I kind of thought I was a lone crusader, like I was being a jerk for calling you on it. Maybe you're just the resident weirdo that everyone has come to know and love and I am the intolerant outsider who tells you to quit dressing your cat up in aviator outfits and taking pictures of it. But it looks like I was wrong. It looks like everyone else has about had it with your crap too and I was just the first loudmouth to snap and tell you off.

So seriously, for the last time, take your weird sexual fantasies, your identity crisis and your personality disorder back to your R&C fansite where you can mod your life away. Leave the rest of us alone. Please.

Uncharted series. The first one was the first game on the PS3 to really blow me away and the 2nd upped the ante

I now completely understand your napoleonic disposition and need for attention and validation of your opinion. well guess what, no one cares how old you are. no one cares that your a mod on a DIFFERENT site that is dedicated to R&C. so just leave it at that and go mod on your site while i continue to send moderations towards you. you are upsetting the gamespot community and creating a hostile area. that alone is enough to get you fired from a job in the real world. God of War and Metal Gear are the best series

I would go with the DMC or the RE series but they arent there. So I would go with the FF

Therefore it became Sony iconic, as it gained popularity associated with the Sony name. Metal Gear Solid

All of the above are pretty sweet, but I voted for Metal Gear Solid. The game looks beautiful and the story is fantastic. I loved it!

It was really hard for me to go against Uncharted, and God of War, but I had to go with MGS. I was never into the MGS series, but I played Twin Snakes when it came out for the GC, and I really liked it. So when MGS3 came out I bought that, and I liked that even more. The battle with the End was really cool.

I literally just beat the first MGS. Like I mean 10 minutes ago lol. Granted I beat it 12 years ago when it came out but man it's so good still...

the only reason I picked FF over MGS though is because I've played like...6 different FF games and only the one MGS. However if I can find MGS2 on ps2 I will play that. Downloading the 1st one has definitely re-grabbed my interest.

I Went with MGS because it revolutionized gaming.

MGS 1 introduced the cover system and the stealth genre. ( i think)

MGS 2 Revolutionized Graphics and story telling.

MGS 3 Introduced the Camouflage System and had a very moving story.

Well i haven't played MGS 4 yet so don't have to take my word on this one.

MGS 4 was the best game ever made Period! :P

Oh,I've BEEN tired of the MG series. I have every single console version of MG. MGS2 and MGS4 made me wanna puke and MGS2 made me NOT even want MGS3. I got it as an unrequested Christmas present the year it came out. I started playing it a lil then stopped then picked up again a year or so later but didn't get much further. I will get back to it, maybe, someday, but MGS4, which I bought just to see it in current gen glory, and I truly wanted to kill somebody while playing it. The story telling made me very angry, once again. Grrr. MGS is my fave in the series.

It's a positive on Unchartered and a negative on the MGS series. I popped off on the MGS series since it has the most votes.

That being said, there are 4 MGSs and all on the PS systems, which the question is in regards to, but I only liked the first one on the PS1. To be fair, I haven't gotten that far into MGS3 so that is a bit out of the equation.

Now, I have the first 2 MG games for my NES and liked those, for the most part. First MG better than the second MG. That being said, my overall on the MGS series based on the PS systems, is a negative, and if u throw in the NES games, it's better, overall but still a fail for me with 2.5 of 6 MG games I liked although I only completed 5 of the 6. Make it 2.5 of 5 liked with the .5 going toward the second MG game on the NES since I half dug it.

Look people, what I'm saying is that everyone can have their own thoughts. I love R&C and used to hate it. I'm trying to show you what a great series it is. I've never touched MGS but since you all like it so much I may give it a go. I'm not trying to piss any of you off, I just want to make my thoughts clear as do you. End arugment.tigertechie
