Best Sly Game of all Time

My favorite Sly would have to be Sly 2. But personally I think that Sly 3 should have been called Band of Thieves because of you going around getting more members for your band of thieves.

I liked Sly 2 the best. I think 3 had some really cool aspects of it, but the master thief challenges are just kind of annoying to me.

Sly 2 > Sly 3 > Sly 1.

Sly 2 for me!

Sly 2 was interesting plot and a bit bigger scale, Sly 1 was alot harder but alot sneekier. Sly three ws like sly2 but I didnt like the plot and the ending was terrible

So sly 2 > sly 1> sly3

i liked the first one the most i did like the second. Didnt care for the 3rd and got tired of playing it like 3 sections in

From what I have played, the Sly series is a very mixed bag for me. I have platinumed Sly 1 and am 2/3 done Sly 2 so far and what I can say so far is that the platforming levels are great (the ones where you're sly hopping around levels), but everything else is really bad. In the first one they kept breaking up the gameplay with the worst minigames ever designed that resulted in nothing but emense frustration. in the second game they keep on throwing in different kinds of gameplay that aren't remotely as well made as the stuff where you're Sly and platforming/sneaking around.

When I went back to collect all the cluebottles in the first game, I had a blast because I never had to revisit any of the minigame levels

So far they are a really mixed bag. There is a lot to love and hate about them both

Well I've only just started playing the Sly games, and I enjoyed Sly 1. Now playing Sly 2 & probably enjoying it alittle more. hrt_rulz01

So you first come to the thread to denounce the series and the TC, then complain when a minor spoiler about the series you don't like is dropped by the TC. This despite the fact that the games are rather old now, and you should have either played the full series to come to the conclusion that they're terrible, or not been interested in playing them to begin with.

You could at least attempt to hide your hate for the TC a bit more.

Anyway, I haven't played the 3rd game, but would say that the 2nd is my favourite thus far. The 1st didn't appeal to me much, but the 2nd was among my favourite PS2 platormers. I don't remember specifically why that well any more, as I haven't played them in about 5 years.
