Okay, so I just bought BFBC 2 on Playstation 3 a couple of days ago.

While playing, the sound disappear for one second. Kinda like a lag spike. And the worst part is that it keeps getting worse and worse. By that I mean the sound disappear more often.

Anyone have any clue of what the problem could be?

I've checked my HDMI cable. It looks fine.

It happens once in a while for me (maybe 5 or 6 matches out of 80+ hours) probably just a glitch

Same here; also I only have it on my HDTV, when I play on my SD I never get it. Most of the time it happens one time at the start of a match, then not again untill the next session.

It happens sometimes, but if you wait for a few minutes the sound will return.

are you talking about the effect you hear from standing near an explosion? thats supposed to simulate being temporarily deaf from being too close to such a loud noise. if thats not what you mean, then i'd try another cable or re-doing your audio settings just to make sure they're properly set.

I've already tried three different HDMI-cables, but no result. I'll try to set the audio to its default option.

Cheers mate.
