Alright I dunno what's up, maybe it's just me but I used to really like Gamespot, but it seems to me that Gamespot really dislikes PS3, who knows, some of you probably disagree but I know others do agree, because Gamespot used to rock before the biased reviews started pouring in, they really like 360 but every multiplatform game gets worse reviews on ps3 then on 360, it doesnt make much sense to me, and Uncharted got an 8, UT3 got 8.5? This is nuts!codalloo

However after seeing todays main poll, the "BS3" comment is pathetic. Because on this site that would qualify a moderation for intending solely to annoy another user... Well when the PS3 pulls ahead like its successors, I will look back on these days and smile. But now im mostly disgusted. Shows how much lobbying really runs the media in this country.

CNET said Vista was "perfect out of the box" and "The future of home computing",
CNET dictates to gamespot what can and can not get good reviews,
since the major competitor (demographically I mean) to the 360, is the ps3,
gamespot cannot give ps3 good reviews,
heck, we have at least 4 AAAE titles over at IGN.com, which does better reviews,
honestly, gamespot has the best forums, so, we are stuck here,
BUT, I wouldn't beleive a single review on a ps3 or a 360 game here.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious. They even printed that article about why it wasn't worth it to buy one a while back. Meanwhile, they replace their 360s like once a week so to recoup expenses, they have advertisers pay them off for good reviews and punishing those who don't give them. *cough* Kane and Lynch *cough*

Everyone hates the PS3 cause Sony has been so dominate, pure and simple. The PS3 is fine, and yes, Gamespot is biased.

i think its just poor choice in critics to review games. ign has teams dedicated to each platform and game type and GS has some bad pairings like that guy who reviews sports game reviewing rachet and clank and HS(although HS was kinda fair). but yea they just need to optimize their employees to best reflect the actual wellness of the gamebarrett33

About to say the same thing lol. It's not a totally farfetched idea that gamespot is biased. The polls in general are ridiculous. Also I always notice that when x-bots talk trash about PS3 or Wii, gamespot lets it slide(I've seen some pretty aggressive things here and there) The minute someone who comments on the Wii or PS3 being better than the 360 in any little way, you get moderated. I once commented on a Halo 3 pre-release news article thing saying somethign along the lines of: "I personally don't think Halo 3 should be hyped so much, it looks the same as it's predessors, and brings nothing new to the table." Not only did I get moderated for that little statement. A bunch of people who commented before and after me bashed the Wii, PS3, and even the PC(some actually used expletiuves, and were not modded) and claimed their system is the best thing since indiviually wrapped twinkies.

I guess Gamespot is not even trying anymore to claim they are an unbiased website. The only reason I'm here is for the forums. I wish Ign's community was like this, but they have a bunch of tards over there

gamespot cant possibly hate the ps3. that has nothing to do with it. why in gods name would they hate a system? it seems biased but really its just that all those games deserve an 8, no online, plus they all have their faults.

they rate jsut as many 360 games low as ps3 games, its just that we have less games in general so it seems more devestating.

also, look at who reviews the game and then look at other scores they ahve given. that might explain alot (i.e. aaron thomas reviewed heavenly sword an 8, and thats the second highest score he's EVER given a game)
