Biased?

The forums. But I go by gamespot's and IGN's reviews. Sometimes I end up going on gamerankings.com. But I do agree with you that Uncharted didn't deserve a 8. I think they are also biased towards Nintendo. Mabye if gamespot is this biased they will give MGS4 a 8 instead of a 9?

Common sense and observation tell me that the GS bias is real. Come on, 8.0 for Uncharted and 7.5 for Ratchet and Clank? Those reviewers should never be allowed to touch a game again must less rate them. Reviews on this site are a waste of time. However, the forum is informative because real people who actually play the games can give you a better review than some biased/bought review.

gamespot cant possibly hate the ps3. that has nothing to do with it. why in gods name would they hate a system? it seems biased but really its just that all those games deserve an 8, no online, plus they all have their faults.

they rate jsut as many 360 games low as ps3 games, its just that we have less games in general so it seems more devestating.

also, look at who reviews the game and then look at other scores they ahve given. that might explain alot (i.e. aaron thomas reviewed heavenly sword an 8, and thats the second highest score he's EVER given a game)

IGN.com - 9/10, which is about right to me
Gamespot.com - 7.0/10, claiming it had story quirks, then claiming the story was great...?

Gamestop - 8.6/10

Uncharted:
IGN.com - 9.1/10
Gamestop - 8.0/10

so, there's 4 examples of ps3 exclusives that gamespot underrated.

Alright I dunno what's up, maybe it's just me but I used to really like Gamespot, but it seems to me that Gamespot really dislikes PS3, who knows, some of you probably disagree but I know others do agree, because Gamespot used to rock before the biased reviews started pouring in, they really like 360 but every multiplatform game gets worse reviews on ps3 then on 360, it doesnt make much sense to me, and Uncharted got an 8, UT3 got 8.5?
