Ok the problem is this.

First of all, I live in Europe

I'm having problems with paring EU games with US DLC - meaning that I bought a PS3 game on Blu-Ray in Europe and tried to buy DLC for it on he US-PSN store. I tried it before with an earliyer Need For Speed game, and it didn't work!

Do the Actual Game and DLC have to be from the same continent or region to work?

I'm asking because I have GRID as well - but bought in the US, so it's region 1 - so should i Buy the DLC from the US-PSN store because it's a US game, or should I buy i from the EU-PSN store, because....well I don't know, because I live in Europe and my PS3 is european (eventhough it's reginal free)

So the questions really is: Do the game and DLC have to come from the same region or is the another solution?

Thanks in advance

Yes, the game and DLC would have to be from the same region. US DLC would not work with an EU version of a game and vice-versa.

Yes... i can second that one, region does matter for DLC. I buy both Australian and North American games and even free DLC does not work for the other region coded games.

Does anyone know if European DLC will work on an Australian game? (e.g GHWT dlc bought from the Euro PSN working on an Australian version of the game)
