bioshock coming to ps3

I have the game for the PC, so I wouldn't rebuy it anyway. However, I will say to the ones talking down about it, I completely disagree. The storyline in Bioshock is by far the best FPS storyline ever, and is better than 99.5% of RPGs.

The gameplay is very solid. The gameplay isn't groundbreaking, but there is nothing wrong with it either. Plasmids weren't completely new, but they weren't a tired occurance either.

If the game does come out for the ps3, although not sure I believe the link, a lot of ps3 players that don't have a 360 or computer that can run it are in for a treat. It was definitely my game of the year 2007.

(oh, and zeforgotten, no reason to make a sarcastic/degrading comment about my post, this is only my opinion, and you are entitled to yours ;) )

it's funny how all of you think that the games that are not coming to the ps3 are all "overhyped". You'll just can't give a good game the credit it deserves huh.SmoothBrother1

Erhm, nobody said it was bad? i could care less about it since (if you could read, you would know this) i own the game already, it was good the first time through, but it didn't have that much replay value since both ending sucked. it was indeed overhyped. but not as much as halo 3 was.. But yeah, it goes to show that you should get back under the bridge Troll and patiently wait for the goats so you can scare them :)

Why on earth would i? tho i don't agree with your post 100% i did enjoy the game. but it's not like i'm gonna do what people who owns a PC, 360 and PS3 did with oblivion, buy the same damn game 3 times. i find that idiotic. so as i said. i don't really care about it coming out. but for the people who haven't played it yet. it should be ok if it did. but since i don't trust in random Fanboy sites. i highly doubt it's going to come out for the PS3.

I wouldn`t say it was overhyped, it was a great game and i would buy it if it comes to the ps3, but i doubt it will

Agreed. first time i've heard of a FPS beating something in another genre :P . but for most of the RPG's out there i've played that was said to have a "good" story like Blue Dragon, etc. etc.. i actually agree

Yes, and untrue in my opinion. I played Bioshock on my 360 and it's not that amazing, graphics are good and storyis great but the game is FAR to short. They shouldnt allow a 7 hour game to eb released for full price, hopefully the PS3 version will be half priced as it should.

Even if it did, I think I'll pass, Bioshock was alright, but it was just as overhyped as Halo 3, imo.KamuiFei

I compare Bioshock's storyline to RPGs simply because most FPS storylines are completely generic, and while some have good ones (HL 1/2), I still think Bioshocks is way beyond those.

The game is somewhat short, but it's not any shorter than the other FPS coming out once month. Also, just because it's shorter than RPGs, doesn't make an RPGs story better. Also, 7 hours?...lol, maybe if you play with a speedhack. I don't think it's possible to beat this game in 7 hours. First play through if you don't rush is about 18-20 hours, which is more than most FPS by a long shot.

Anyway, this is my opinion, and I for one would be happy to see the ps3 get a game that 360 fanboys have been rubbing in the face of ps3 owners for a while now. It's a great game, and while some of you may not agree, many people do. It would be better to let the ps3 owners decide than for them not to release it all. Also, yes, as I said before, I don't believe the site either.

Everyone seems to be dissing it, but I thought Bioshock was great. Probably my favorite game on the 360 (over Halo3, Gears, Oblivian). But to each their own.

I doubt I would rebuy it on the PS3, though, unless it came with a wealth of new material.

lol, if you could read and comprehend what you are reading, then you would see that what I type really has nothing to do with what you typed, seeing that you didn't say the game was overhyped. Plus, how do you say that i'm a troll when i'm defending a game that probably the best game for 2007 and it just so happens it's not on th PS3? Explain your logic to me before you start naming calling?

I never said the game was bad. I have Bioshock on my 360, and "in my opinion" it was overhyped like Halo 3. I give full credit to Bioshock for what it was, not what fanboys claim it is, when it was just another FPS with a few twists. Learn to read my friend.

I read your post perfectly fine and you didn't state all that in your post, you never said you had it for the 360 and really why would you want to buy the same game on 2 systems. I understand that completely. Just thought you was just another PS3 fanboy down playing how great the game is just because it's not on the PS3.
