Yes, but Halo 1 was originally going to be on the PS2, back when TakeTwo still owned Bungie, however, when MS bought Bungie, all hopes of Halo and PS being together died.
Its just a rumor. We all know at some point bioshock was being developed on the ps3 until microsoft got the exclusive rights for the game to be on Windows and Xbox 360. There is even a tag on the box that says only on Xbox 360 and Windows. If it is indeed coming for the ps3 it won't be around for about a year minimum. By then it would have been played to death on the Xbox 360 and PC. It would be just like Oblivion that didn't do that great on the ps3.

Haven't you thought that Windows could possibly be somewhat of a microsoft platform considering it is their OS and the game can only be run on a Windows OS. We already know the 360 is a microsoft platform. So maybe thats why its on there.
If anything guys lets go back to X06. It says microsoft snatched up Bioshock exclusivity for Xbox 360 and PC. It would be nice if Sony fans can get a hold of this awesome game but i wouldn't get my hopes up. http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/action/bioshock/news.html?sid=6158827
