Bioshock worth getting ???

I know that Bioshock has been out for a while now, and i quite enjoyed the demo, but for some reason i never got round to actually buying it !
And after seeing gameplay footage and the brief story of what Bioshock 2 is going to be like, i suddely decided that i might i actually go out and buy it

But i want to know why it is worth buying ?

It's a risky game to get, some love it some hate it, I'm in between

it's a great fps with an amazing story. I never bought it but I rented it and I really enjoyed it. I would recommend it.:D

Bioshock isn't going to be a game that will keep you entertained for 20 hours a week over the next year.

Generally a play through is about 10 hours, and very enjoyable, but you don't really feel like picking it back up right away. It's still a good value because it's a solid story that you can play through every couple of months or so as long as you don't play it too often it keeps its appeal.

i got it new for 14 pound, BARGIAN ! lol, but ye man its deffo worth a buy the story is so good

just to let you guys know it would be dumb to buy this game used considering its 29.99 at Walmart brand new... Almost got it but i go Battlefield Bad Company instead.

definately get it, i didnt know if i would like it at first too, bt i got hooked and beat it 3 times. the story is great and there is plenty to do.

The game is awesome and with trophy support it adds incentive to play the game again.

I'm playing through it now, for the first time. and i'm really enjoying it.

I'm getting it in a week. I played the Xbox 360 version but it was all laggy when multiple enemies were around, (Could Be My Console). Bioshock has heaps good graphics, creepy enemies and an immersive atmosphere.
