BioWare: No Mass Effect for PS3

BioWare has said it currently has no plans to bring Mass Effect to PS3 in the wake of news hitting on EA snapping up the developer.'Our focus is pure and simple; it's to deliver the best game possible for our fans with Mass Effect, and that's an Xbox 360 exclusive. Microsoft's a great partner... and they've really helped build the value of the product and we're proud to work with them', BioWare's Ray Muzyka has told GameDaily Biz.It emerged in the early hours of this morning that EA has bought both BioWare and Pandemic Studios. I'm not too worried by it...for me, it looks like a game i would love to play. But also looks like a game where i wouldn't really miss it if i didn't get it. It sorta like "hmm, whatever." The ps3 is getting tons of great exclusives around christmas and throughout 2008, so why is everyone freaking out and praying to god that we can snatch the 360 exclusives? I don't see a point in fretting about it all...

no but the ps3 will have a shortage of good rpg all they have is white knight story and final fantays which is way past its prime

Gears = PC game Too Human = PC game Bioshock = PC game Mass Effect = PC game That's all that Microsoft is doing. Putting PC games on their console and calling them "360 games." Yawn...gizmo_logix

And what is Sony doing? There are more PS3 models out than there are games for them. I'm a pissed off PS3 customer because I have a $600 bookend in my living room.
