I was wondering if I could use a bluetooth keyboard that comes with a usb bluetooth adapter? Like, does the adapter have special drives on it that installs onto a pc? Or can I just auto connect the keyboard right away on a ps3 since it's bluetooth?

The latest firmware update included support for bluetooth keyboards so you should be good to go. Won't need the bluetooth USB adapter either, just use the PS3's built in bluetooth. A simple pairing of the device to the PS3 is all you will need, done in the Settings menu.

The man is right... I've been able to connect my BT keyboard and mouse to the PS3 without any problem... ^^

I think you guys answered my question but I'm not sure. I know that BT keyboards and mice work, but what I'm not sure of are the ones that include Usb Bluetooth Adapters. Like, I have a flashdrive that will only work fully if I install the drives that are pre packed inside of it already. Is it the same for bluetooth devices that include usb adapters? Or are the adapters there just for people who have no bluetooth access.
