I bought my PSP a few days ago. Everything was fine, the screen had no problems until i upgraded to the lastest firmware. Now there is a blue/white dot stuck on my screen, and i don't know how to remove it. Are there any software or programs that can remove the dots?
It dosen't affect my gaming, but it's just really annoying. Any help would be great.

I'm pretty sure its a stuck pixel. They aren't caused by updating, they're just random. It MIGHT correct itself, but if you don't want to wait for something that might not happen, try returning it at the store where you bought it.

Here's a possible fix. It has worked for *some* people but it is worth a try, ... PiXel fixer. Its a mp4 file just extract and place in your videos or 100MNV folder.

*note* some people had to run the video for a few hours before it fixed anything, for some people it didnt work at all and it only fixes *stuck pixels as in the coloured ones, a dead pixel is a completly black one .

No, a stuck pixel or a piece of dust underneath the screen.
