Everytime I play it and it starts to the load, it makes this heartbeat noise within my ps3.
Is this a bad sign?

Not sure what you mean by heart beat noise but try installing the data and see if that helps. When it's loading. Imagine while waiting for a fight to begin and hearing a rhythmic sound coming from the ps3. The game works but I wonder for how long.

I think I might know what you're talking about and that's the bluray drive hunting the disc for the data it needs.

I did install it. why? It shouldn't have to access the disc as much, thereby reducing the noise as well as the load times significantly. so should I reinstall it?
Why not. The only other thing I can think of making a noise like that would be the disc being warped...maybe. I would imagine a difficult time getting it in the PS3 if that were the case though.
