yes Ocelot said that Solid Snake was the "inferior" one - he didn't, however, say "the recessive one".

This can mean one of two things:

1-Liquid was right about the recessive genes being flawed and he got all the dominant genes

OR

2-Liquid was wrong about the recessive genes being the worst, and his recessive genes actually made him the superior clone (my take).

Since Snake Eater has shown that Big Boss (who, as a normal human being, expresses all his dominant genes by default) is the most similar to Solid Snake, the obvious conclusion is that Solid Snake expresses the dominant genes, and that Big Boss' recessive genes were (overall) superior to his dominant ones.

Blond hair of Liquid is a proof that he is recessive but that doesnt mean he is inferior like i said now.

They had same genotypes but they were different in phenotypes and the Project's aim was the best phenotype solution. Solid got the dominant genes so he exactly looked like Big Boss while Liquid had recessive ones and differ. but Solidus had balanced phenotypes unlike Solid and Liquid.

i'm not sure i was clear or not but now do you understand what i meant by saying "learn english" ?

superior =/= dominant...

inferior =/= recessive...

putting these aside, there is a theory about Snake's aging too but we will see that after MGS4.

i've noticed NOBODY has noticed this...you know since MGS4 is only a few years after MGS2....so why is snake that old?

I know people will say accelerated aging and stuff...but possibly...young snake IS THE SNAKE FROM MGS2!!

He didnt put that into the final game due to 9/11 also much of the stroyline and game play was taken out due to 9/11 because showing terriost attacks on New York momunents wouldnt settle right with some peopel. Kojima stated in a interview why MGS2's storyline was so confusing. So after 2 years he released MGS2: the lost Documents or someting like that wich was more fuller than the oringal.

so thats why some parts of the game made no sense till u played it for about the 3rd time

Yea like for expample Kojima wanted to show Aresal Gear crash thorugh the lower east side, owning the Statue of Liberty and twin towers, umm yea not a smart thing to put in after 9/11, to set a emontial feel to how bad of a wepoan arsneal gear is how big too.

there are few things that comes to my mind when thinking about it

1. about the liquid and solid issue: i never was clear why ocelot took liquids hand (guess i have to play MGS2 again). but the only reason i see is cause he wanted to keep the good genes... which brings me to the first theory of why snake was trying to off himself (i know it aint the issue here :) )... my main issue with that is, u dont end ur genes by shouting urself, that just stupid. so what was he talking about ending the MEME? killing ocelot and destroying the hand...

2. guys, remember the first MGS2 trailer. Kojima replaced raiden in everyshot with snake, so that ppl think that snake was the hero. even in the early covers snake was on it, where in the later once it was raiden. he did that cause he wanted to keep it a secret :)

so who was the young snake? new clone, son of someone or just a mask like the raiden one in 3.... who cares, wait for the game.

In MGS1 Ocelot's hand was cut off by Grey Fox aka Cyborg Ninja Guy. Ocelot grafted Liquids hand onto his own body.

Liquid slowly took over Ocelots body, which could be from one of two things:

1) Liquid had nanomachines in his hand that somehow carried his personality into Ocelot.

2) We know ocelot is the son of the Boss and the Sorrow (who was able to speak and listen to the dead), so Ocelot may have inherited the Sorrows ability to communicate with the dead, and Liquid is taking advantage of that.

yea he did help him a lil but remember this is a

recreation of the shadow moses icindent soooo a boss in mgs1 was that one helicopter well raiden would have won without snakes help anyways. The only reason why snake is there is because it was a miscauculation cause liquid sent him the messege for the tanker and the plant to come so he would have won no matter what. Snake just made the battle easier
