Buy PS3 Slim now or wait till PS4?

Irony....you want a blu-ra player but you don't want to waste 300, ok then wait3 or so years or so until ps4 comes out with a huge pricetag of over $800!

If you want Blu-Ray, jsut get a Blu-Ray player. If you want a gaming system, get a PS3.

I highly doubt that the PS4 will be $800. They've learned their lesson with the PS3. And besides, companies never double their price in a single gen. Consoles have actually been around the same price for over a decade.

its not killing off 300 dollars...its 300 dollars well spent....and its a great system...

It will take a looong looong time till the PS4 will be released, so if you dont have a PS3 yet, buy tbe one that you like the most. There is no real difference between the fat and the slim so it doesnt rly matter which one you buy. I would go for the fat one still cuz its much nicer looking than the slim in my opinion, its just a bit more expensive...
