its an internal sata 3.0. So i think that sounds better than a 2.5.

Uh...the PS3 is only comptaible with a 2.5" SATA, anything else smaller or bigger than that is not compatible.

A Western Digital Scorpio 2.5" SATA 5400 RPM 320 GB drive is about $120. Well worth it, try to get another $30 so you can get that one~CTUDude

The 320 gig HDD sounds interesting although I'm waiting on the terabyte 2.5 HDD myself (could be wishful thinking at this point though).jimm895
