Im going to buy a 60 gig PS3. What game should I get? Im thinking about Resistance and NBA 2K7. Is the online gaming pretty good? I dont have a 1080p TV so do you think it is still worth getting?
yea the online is good ull love resistance!!! and doesnt matter that much since u got no tv that goes to 1080 it will still look good, but if u had a tv that goes to 1080p then it will be awsome man
Right now I'd say the best game to get is Resistance FOM. NBA 2k7 is not to bad i played the download off the sony store. Tiger woods 07 is good but kinda rehashed but looks nice. If I was to choose though it would be Resistance for sure. And btw good call on the 60GB. I lucked out and got a 60gig and I'm glad I didn't cheap out and get a 20gig. Plus the 60gb looks shinier with its chrome trim :P

There is no NBA 2K7 download on the store. The download is for NBA 07.... DO NOT buy that game. But yes, NBA 2K7 is awesome, you'll like that one.
I wouldn't worry about not having a 1080p TV. The difference between 720p and 1080p isn't all that noticeable (especially if you're jumping from standard definition) unless you're sitting just a few feet from the TV, or if you have a TV larger than about 42". Resistance's native resolution is 720p anyway. To sum up, you won't be missing out on much, if anything.
Yeah the only game worth getting right now is resistance, but I don't think it's really worth buying the system right now. I have all three next gen system and gaming doesn't really feel all that cool with out gamer score and getting achievements. So far the 360 rules them all!
I said think hard I didnt say not to get it, just be aware there wont be any really cool titles for a while. VF 5, Motorstorm, Lair thats about it for me and GOW 2 on ps2 which i have to play on my ps3 bc my ex broke my ps2 Bit*h

Right now I would say the only game Ps3 has is resistance. And that's because... it is the only game going for it. Enjoy.
Yeah I know there aren't much games out right now but that's ok since I still got school. So playing 2-3 games should fit into my schedule. Please tell me more about going online.
I think its a good time to get it since all games are comming in march. Id get resistance yeah but if you dont like first person shooters than go with NBA whatever.

The game you should pick up is RFOM and possibly call of duty3 ..they are very good games..but i myself only own COD3 and no resis.The online is well built but nothing really inovational and shocking.The fact that you dont have a 1080p set is no problem as the ps3 looks great on all tvs.Is the picture going to look good on sdtv??yea it will but nothing like 1080p....and thus it is still worth getting,,
Dont waste your money on the 60gb........almost all laptops and printers come with those dumb card slots for sd. and all that.....You can buy an external hard drive that has twice that for less than 100$...... And its good if you have wifi in your house..if you dont, just get the 20gb..
true say. that game has flaws but overall i would give it no less then 7.5. i mean instead of cutting the launch games some slack the rated them with an iron fist...your not suposed to do that with launch games. anyways genji was very fun. BUT THE LAST BOSS WAS HARD!
