Can I play Dirt 3 with 2 racing wheels on splitscreen?

Just wondering before I buy.
Also, what about Blur, Ridge Racer 7, and Sega All-Stars?

there is a split screen as far as i know... i guess you should be able to use racing wheels.... i guess... not sure
