When a friend of mine brings his controller I always have to connect it via USB for a sec to "introduce" it to my PS3. I can then unplug it and it works fine. But when m yfriend takes his controller home and tries to play on his PS3, it doesn"t recognize it and he has to connect it via USB port again. And we have to do this every time we wanna play together which is quite annoying.

Is there any other way how our PS3s can remember that controller together?

no because it has to know what you want to connect to. although it's really not that hard to plug it in for a sec so I don't really see what your issue is with this problem.

You could always buy a 2nd controller if the pairing annoys you that much.

If it's doing that.... connect it to your ps3 thru the USB cable, then while it's connected hit the reset button on the back of the controller (you will need a toothpick or something small) and hold it for a few seconds. Release the button it should reset your controller and pair it again with your PS3, that will solve your issue.

Get a second controller. It helps a lot if your far from a tv and you controller starts wearing out, just wait and finish the round or pause and switch controllers. This is what i do :) it helps a lot
