Can u get free themes?

no you dont have to pay for themes...

try here...

use can use a USB...

make a folder called "PS3" and then make a folder inside that called "THEME" put the themes in there...

plug the USB into your ps3 go to themes under system setting and install them.

thats how i did it.

go to bestps3themes.com from your ps3 browser and DL directly to your ps3;)

ok, so do you download these using your ps3 browser? or do you put them on a flash drivecrazyyy-boyyyy

They have free themes at psu.com as well, use your PS3 browser to download..... there are lots of free themes at the PSstore too.
