as long as you can access the internet from your psp, just look up the link to the podcast in your psp browser. It will ask if you want to add an RSS channel, select yes then listen from the RSS channel menu on the XMB.
Yes you can. You can either download or stream podcasts.
To setup an RSS stream, you need to use the PSP web browser to navigate to whatever page will let you subscribe to the podcast in question. When you click on the subscribe button, you will be asked if you want to save the feed. After the feed is saved, exit from the browser and go into RSS. You should see your new feed listed there. When you click on the feed, you will be shown a list of available podcasts. From here, you can choose to either stream or save the chosen podcast.
