I know its a noob question, but I"m just wondering. For example can you view umd's on a TV using the psp to play them? Thanks.

Yes, I saw this guy do it on google, he dismantled his psp and added some new parts. then he conncted his psp to his tv.

Yes, it's called PSP2TV and it allows you to play psp games and watch movies on the TV and with a ps2 controller.

Its quite expensive and you have to make the psp thicker to use this thing

you can buy a componate cable that depending on your model, will plug into the psp somewhere, and it will display on the TV. games only take up about 1/2 the screen though
