Ok so i started to have the problem 2 days ago. I always play hard core team death match. When I finish one match and move on to the other map ill get stuck at the loading screen after the lobby. So everyone else is in the game except me. So i found out that when i do not use my mic. everything is 100% fine. but when i connect my mic, i can only play one match and suffer on the loading screen for the next match.

Did anyone have this kind of problem ? do u guys have any ideas of how to solve this problem ?

Ps. I always used my mic. before and i had no problems UNTIL NOW !

I had issues with loading and connections when I first started playing. If you have a NAT type 3 connectionsome times using your mic can cause issues. I found this helped alot to improve my connection not only when using my mic but all around in terms of lowering lag. If you have already placed your PS3 into your routers DMZ there is no need to read on.

Go to the XMB settings-network settings-internet connection settings. When here do custom-wired or wireless, that will be left to you-manual settings-auto detect-manual-than change the IP Address to 192.168.1.108, this is what i use. Make sure that subnet and DNS are correct, they will require a no change. the remaining settings should be automatic-do not use-and disable UPnP. save these settings. Now use home computer and access router, select Gaming and Application, and then sub menu DMZ. Here it will ask for an IP address 192.168.1.[ ]. In that box enter 108 for the change made to the PS3. Save change and exit. What this does is allows the PS3 direct access to the internet by by-passing the routers firewalls. If done correctly when you do an internet connection test under settings on the PS3 you should have NAT type 2. Hope it helps, made a difference to me.
