"a moment that would bring the manliest of men to emotional wrecks, and that would see the sales of Kleenex sky rocket."

I totally agree with FFVII. That was one of the first games I played that made me get a little bit misty eyed!

Mine was probley in KOTOR when we find out our protagonist was Lord Revan.

Changed the whole way I saw the game and made me understand everything,

and made me want to kill Malak faster in order to reclaim my thrown :D

great list, but IMO and not to sound like I am on the MGS 4 bandwagon, but the best emotional moment for me was the entire epilogue of MGS 4 from where snake has the gun in his mouth the SPOILER. you know what happens. Anywho I've played all of the those games and love all of them... except FFX

i think that at the end of Snake Eater should be up in the top 10. What the Boss has to do, knowingly giving the ultimate sacrifice, being a hero yet being shown as a traitor would just be so hard to do yet she does it. And all the stuff that happens to her before is very traumatic as well

i agree with quite a few choices on that list...though i do think meryl dying at the end of metal gear solid should have been in there carrotthead
could of but that ending is only if you fail the torture scene, and with mgs4 going by meryl is alive then is not that emotional. and you always get the feeling that oh she died never mind she will survive when i will succeed in the torture scene.

oohh.....i see....im not that educated in the field of mgs and i thought mgs4 was the last......it might be....i dont know im screwed up lol

AgentH

MGS4 is not the last MGS. There will be an MGS5. It won't be a sequel but a prequel. However, I hope it's set between the events of MGS2 and MGS4. That would be frickin' AWESOME! Alot happened during these events of the 2 games. For instance, Raiden rescuing Sunny from The Patriots. Him being turned into a cyborg etc...

well mgs5 has not been officially confirmed so no one really knows yet.
