hey, i brought a 2gig psp memory stick, it works fine with music, pictures and videos but every time i go to load one of my game saves from it i always get this error message sayn that it is corrupted it has no trouble saving though,. i was told it might be a fake but it says it is from sony on it.

I think it is because when you plug your psp into the pc(usb port) you have to eject the psp first...as removing it withouit doing it safley will make possible t delete/damage your files

  If you bought it off ebay then there is a 90% chance its a fake. Do a search on ebay for Sony memory stick. See all of those? Almost all of them are knock offs.

Just copy all your working saves to your computer & reformat your memory stick, should work fine. I got an original 2 gb before it also gets corrupt when I mess with it.
Select Memory Stick under any heading in the XMB, press triangle, if it says Magic Gate Supported it is official, if not then it's a knock off and you will get the AIDS off itÂ
