Could you use the psn i.d. you made from your ps3 to use it on the NGP?

If you could use your PS3 psn i.d. on the NGP then could the NGP and ps3 trophies be combined? That would be very sweet if thats true.

i swear i remember reading you would have your ID but you could not transfer any games that you bought on the PSN to your NGP you would have to re-purchase them strictly for your NGP if you wanted those games. Cant remember where i saw that though probably on tv about it
