Ninja gaiden on max difficulty is cheap difficulty which is extremely challenging DS is very easy compared to NGS But DS is a better game than NGS IMO,but if you want challenge, look no further.NGS

You can't really compare them, NGS is just cheap and unfair, DS is legitimately challenging and requires good strategy and skill.

Yeah, they're two completely different types of "difficult." With a little practice developing some good strategies and timing anyone can master Demon's Souls. Its punishing but completely fair. NGS, on the other hand, is a brutal mess of cheap shots that even the most skilled players are going to need a little luck getting through.

I think in NGS sometimes crappy camera and cheapness makes it harder than DS.

On the other hand DS is much more unforgiving and you have more to lose in demon souls, you can be a pro in DS and still take a beating especially at the higher difficulties.

Its really strategy Vs. Hack n slash cheapness

I would say that DS is harder due to the fact that some of the bosses can kill you in one strike. NGS was hard at first to me, but after playing it and beating it over and over I was able to beat it on master ninja and obtain the demon costume as well. It ended up becoming fairly easy after learning the boss movements. DS is semi-hard and NGS is cheap-hard.

I'd say Ninja Gaiden is more hard
