Did any one catch all the Aliens references in COD4?

well just the first tanker level. Gaz pulls out a shot gun and says i like to keep this handy for close encounters. thats what hicks said! later in the level price keeps saying check thos conners just like the sargent in aliens does when they first get to the colony. then at the ending of the level when the tanker is going down price yells MARINES WE ARE LEAVING! Hicks again. you can think im crazy but i sware up and down they had to be making a reference to Aliens. jackle2071

There was a lot of influence from past movies in the story.

Anyone else notice that Zakhaev's son looked incredibly similar to the bad buy in Behind Enemy Lines with the blue windsuit?

Never thought about it but you're right. I believe there's one more. Right around the level where you blow the tower with C4 I could have sworn someone says "@ssholes & elbows" just like in Aliens 2.
