Disgaea: AoD vs. FFT: War of the Lions

I'm trying to decide which brilliant tactical RPG remake to get for PSP. I haven't played either of the originals.

I played Disgaea 2 a little, but I don't know much about FFT.

Anyone think they know which one I should get?

Well it depends, first of all, you can't go wrong with either. Second, if you like great story telling and such, then go for FFT.

But personally I'm enjoying Disgaea a lot more, not really for the story, but for the characters, great dialogue (pretty funny most of the time), and personally I just think the combat is a little more addicting.

i played and beat both games when they were originally released

than i got both for the psp and still love to play em,

even more so now cause their portable

The story in Disgaea is full of humor and lots of classes that include monsters. Final Fantasy Tactics has a moving story, and simplistic battle to get into. Both games are winners in my book:D

yeah flip a coin. heads = disgaea and tails = disgaea. you can't go wrong with disgaea but you can with fft. disgaea is wayyyy better. trust me.Spirit_Warriors
