Is it completely voice acted with cutscenes? Has anyone been able to confirm this? Forgot the source where I heard this info. Heard it a few weeks ago.

Yes there's voice acting and cutscenes. However I guess if you want to unlock everything it will take 40 hours...siLVURcross
