Dlc problem

I just turned little big planet 2 on and I cannont use the dlc that I payed for. I cant use any dlc it keeps saying I dont got the dlc what do I do.

I tryed redowlnoading my dlc but I still cant use it. It was working fine untill I waent to the psn store and got some errors.

Can anyone tell me sonys number is please. please help if nothing works then Im going to go to the xbox.
