I don't know.I never pay attention to the leaderboards anyway.Especially in a game like COD4 Well me either, I dont even play COD online because people actually cheat during gameplay. But regardless for those who do play and want to ascend the leaderboard, stat boosting is as cheap as glitching in the game.

i agree %100 I agree also. Stats are made to earn.. and by getting a friend to help pad both your stats is taking advantage of the system and not earning your stripes so to speak.
I, and many others before me, call it Stat Padding and it is frowned upon simply because you didn't earn the reward fairly. But it's on you. I could care less since I don't play COD 4.
It's just like taking a test, and copyingthe answers from a friend. If you can't answer the questions yourself, you don't deserve to pass the test. If you can't get a few headshots in a proper online game, you don't deserve whatever the reward for it is.
Dude think about it. If you have to ask... then it's cheating. I don't cheat and its taking a while to get my headshots.But I can see that since I've been trying to get headshots it has made me a better player at the game. Plus now I know that all of my stats are honest and that others' achievments might not be. Feeling of self pride.
People still care about that game? I got the gold AK (legit) and got burned out on it. It's not cheating but it's not like it takes skill to get the gold weapons, just alot of time.
