I mostly download HD versions of movies instead.

Why? I always wondered why my friend does the same. What if with the PS4 the content doesn't transfer over? Then you're kind of screwed. I don't know though, maybe it's just me. I would rather have a physical copy of something so I know I'll always be able to watch it whenever I want.

it seems retail stores at times will have Blu rays at $9.99, im thinking about getting one just to see how it looks. But my question is, since most of the $9.99 films are old just remade in HD, is there a noticable diffrence between it and the DVD version?

Giant. I can't even say how much that is a difference. Buy a Blu-ray (animated ones ex. Avatar work best) and see it.

[QUOTE="Rattlesnake_8"][QUOTE="FurryAdventurer"]The thing is, Blu-rays are about $50 in Australia.coasterguy65

Which is why i only watch/buy DVD's.. dont bother with Blu Rays cause they are so expensive.

Man you people in Oz just get screwed left and right don't you...that's messed up.

Is it the taxes or what causes the prices to be so high? I mean I know they have to ship stuff there, but most stuff is made in China and shipped everywhere else these days anyway.

Well at least you have some good weather.

they arent high, everyone just ignored my post earlier thats all. that man needs to learn how to shop

oh and to furry adventirer, in that deal 2 for $20 i grabbed Twister and 12 Monkeys... hardly terrible

HMV in the Uk are brilliant for cheap Blu-rays (as far as retasil shops go) 2 for £25 quid on selected titles like Gladiator etc Band of brothers for £25....I don't think Ive bought a normal DVD in ages.
