Do you think we saw a bigger graphics leap from PS1 to PS2, or, from PS2 to PS3?

and 9, had very nice graphics as opposed to 7.

i still say PSX to PS2 was the larger leap but you comparison isn't drawn to equality

Definately PS1 to PS2. A prime example is to compare MGS1 to MGS3; massive difference!

Just thought I'd do a little Ridge Racer comparison since I'm a fan of the series. The one's listed (Ridge Racer 1, 5 and 7)are all launch titles for the PS consoles too.

PS1 - PS2

Some PS2 games have better graphics than some PS3 games.

PS1 to PS2 just look at FF7 and FF12-Hoax-

They were both special in their own way. PS1 to PS2 got rid of the awful blurry graphics. PS2 to PS3 went from good graphics, to graphics that absolutely blew me away because they were so realistic. It's too hard for me to choose between the two. But honestly I don't think PS3 to PS4 will be as good. There's not that much left to do besides make things a little bit sharper.king23_
