I know a few people who really like that they run linux off it, but I don't -- that's what my laptop is for (Being a computer, not running linux :P).

Really? How is it? I was actually considering this because my computer is hella slow and old, and I have a MacBook for windows use. Yes that's right, a MacBook for windows.

I've seen that -- a buddy who sits beside me in sociology does that -- two screens switches between a mac and windows. I haven't really seen it so I can't speak too authoritatively on the subject, but all they ever do is say how much they love it so I assume it can't be that bad.

Also, I would use my PS3 as a computer, but I'm on my laptop most of the time so I don't need to. :)

The way he/she does it is by an official program (created by Apple) called Paralels, its basicly emulating windows while you're on a mac. I run windows through Boot Camp (also created by Apple), which essentially uses the same technique as Sony does for PS3-Linux; creating two partions and allowing you too dual boot. Wow, I think I just turned this into a computer thread :).

Heya Furi :). Just to inform you, I dont really play ps3 on weekdays as I have to focus on school. Oh alright, so far the majority of people use a laptop/pc. Maybe linux on PS3 doesn't work out to well I suppose.

Noway, I use it only for game and movie. It's boring listening music, browsing etc in PS3.

My laptop is always with me, and I have a couple of computers around the house, so I have no need to use my PS3 as a computer.
