Does anyone else feel that charging for the warhawk expansion is absurd?

I was upset to find out today that we are going to have to pay for the expansion. I remember hearing that Incognito was going to make all of the expansions free? I know they are a company trying to make money, but charging for one map and a drop ship is absurd. I would even come to terms with the expansion being four or five dollars, but nine is flat out too much.

After buying a sixty dollar game that only game with 5 maps, i am appalled to hear that i will have to pay for one more. I know I sound cheap, but it is not about money, it is the fact that they are charging me for something that should have been free in the first place.

Does anyone else feel the same way?

i find it a bit expensive...its 10 bucks after tax for canadians, which is annoying

ill probably get it after its cheaper or the second new map pack comes out

Five bucks would have been perfect for an expansion of this scope. I don't blame them for charging for this extra work though.FireNForget

add another 10 bucks and u can get madden 07, tigerwoods(w/e its called) 07, fight night, nba street homecourt

and more

I feel a little sucker punched by the way I decided on ps3 because of it being free online play. Then soon after realising the game you have payed for you really need to keep paying for if you want to go and stay online.

Ide be interested to know if this is just a sneakyway of us paying for what we all think were not paying for, online gameplay.

its funny how people complain about $10 for an add on...for a game thatis $40...yet they payed $500+ for the system...
