Does anyone know about Socom 4? *POLL*

I am just wondering, since I am an avid fan of this franchise and they are destroying it with new features to appease "casuals", if anyone that is not a hardcore fan knows (or cares) about it at all.

I would like to relay the information discussed here to the Socom forums, so any INSIGHTFUL information on how you feel about the franchise would be very helpful.

Do you know or care about Socom, and are the new features (cover system, health regeneration, airstrikes, etc) enough to pull you in to a round-based tactical non-respawn shooter?

I will be picking up socom 4 day 1, i've put in 230 hours just in socom confrontation lol. I really don't mind the cover system since you kinda do have to use cover in real life. One thing that you can't do though in the game is blind fire. The Navy Seals say they never ever do blind fire in real life, so that won't be in the online portion. Other than that I have faith in zipper, they know how to make quality games, so I trust them.

I've never ever play this franchise in my life, mainly because I was stuck with the xbox. but now, I'm happy I own a PS3 because this game looks phenomenal, it kind of reminds me of GRAW2, which is a good thing
