It seems like a majority of third party developers still don't know what they're doing when it comes to PS3 hardware.. the only competent developers in the industry are Sony's first party devs.

I'm sure they could make any game they wanted on the other system's hardware, but to be able to push a console as complicated as the PS3 to its limits the way they do is quite a feat.

Game is still gonna be awesome even with possible technical issues. I can deal with those kinds of problems as long as the game itself is enjoyable, and it seems that Dragon Age is pretty awesome from early impressions.

This is where the PS3 fails....I was reading someplace that PS3 owners weigh ALOT on reviews....not on their own opinion. It makes me sick. There should be 70+ hours of game times. Then skip this cave/level. You'll survive. I love my PS3.....but some of the Hardcore PS3 owners are cry baby's that need to stop playing CoD and expand their view of PS3. BTW i only PS and love it. I was really excited about this game but my enthusiasm has dwindled (not due to anything writtent here) and now I'm wondering if i should wait for a GOTY edition that would come packed with all the DLC that may come out in the next year for the same price as the launch game. I never buy DLC, so it'd be nice to have it for once...

biased reviews (when the journalists are given "gifts" - not considered bribes - by M$) allow X360 fans to rejoice, but anyway most of the time (when you see screen comparisons for example) the screens are calibrated for the XBOX so colors and lighting seems pale and faded on PS3

this game had gone under my radar (not a fan of Bioware or real time battle RPGs) until recently, but a friend told me there's a lot of tactical positioning in the game (not just the archer being away and the warrior being on contact) so it will make it painful to me

I'll definitely be getting it. I need a good RPG to tide me over until Final Fantasy finally comes out. I'm jonesin big time. Enchanted Arms just didn't cut it for me92GreenYJ

But beside if they don't have a demo how are you susposed to know if it's a good game without the reviews? Sorry but I have nether the Time or money to buy every game to try it out for my self. If they don't have a demo I'm pretty much forced to go by the review.

Review is in on GS and DA:O for the PS3 scores a 9. Seems like the PS3 version is actually darn good, and a nice alternative to the PC version. Looks like some people were overreacting.

I assumed this game would end up like fallout 3, slight porting issue giving it a lower review score. but in the end being a very solid game. Cant wait to go pick this up after work.

Reading that the game looks better on the PS3 and loads faster has me excited to go out and buy it. Sure, i could get the PC version (which I was starting to think was the way to go), but if the PS3 version is solid, I'd rather play from my couch with a controller.
